It could include an exchange dimension where an equivalent number of young female students from the UK and Canadian institutions do 6-12 month internships in Caribbean institutioins such as universities, NGOs, etc. The Foundation would need to undertake fundraising, build connections with interested universities in the UK and Canada, build connections with Caribbean secondary and tertiary institutions, do public promotion of the venture etc.

Raised £2.6m to build Britain's biggest Children's Centre which houses a nursery and 80 staff delivering health and welfare services to pre-school children.
