Since it was founded in 1965 the Commonwealth Secretariat has been involved in a wide range of events and projects - election observation missions, development projects under the CFTC, political events and meetings of all kinds ranging from CHOGMs to ministerial meetings and workshops.

The Commonwealth Association wants to ensure that the achievements of the Secretariat and its staff are placed firmly on record. Too often, the Secretariat has been reluctant to talk about itself and its work.
